This information system has been developed in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ–91 dated February 28, 2024, "On measures to organize the activities of the Agency for Technical Regulation of the Republic of Uzbekistan."

To ensure transparency in the field of technical regulation and to create a system free from corruption, the system is integrated with the “Electronic Government” system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as with the databases of the State Tax Committee, Customs Committee, and the electronic database of individuals.

The system provides access to the following services:

- Standardization

- Certification

- E-Certification (mobile application)

- Accreditation

- Metrology

- State Supervision

Before using the system, users must read and agree to this Policy. Use of the system implies the user’s unconditional consent to the processing of personal data obtained from external information resources.

2. User’s Personal Data

When using the system, the user may enter the following information

- Full name

- Contact phone number

- Address

However, this data is not stored or processed by the system. The entered information is used solely in real-time for service provision purposes and is not recorded or archived in the system.

3. Data Protection.

All necessary security measures have been implemented to protect users' personal data. Collected data is protected against unauthorized access and misuse.

4. Changes to the Privacy Policy.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. In the event of changes, users will be notified through the mobile application.
